About the event
After a short battle with cancer, David Palmer passed away peacefully at Victoria General Hospital on August 18, 2024, surrounded by family. A memorial service and reception is to be held at David's last home parish, St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church (Royal Oak). For more information, please see the church's website (click here).
