Displays
All displays will be in the Wood Hall of the Victoria Conservatory of Music. This is a clean, attractive, and secure space; cinder- block style building, with high ceilings, stained glass windows, built 1959. The area has overhead light, clear sight lines, and is situated on the north side of building. Installation of electrical outlets and power lines are not included. Space is not air conditioned. Cleaning services will be provided for aisles only, at the end of the day.
Drapery for tables is available at $3.50 + tax per linear foot. Approx 20 ft per table would be required.

Beverages will be available for a portion of these times.
The convention program book will contain an alphabetical listing of exhibitors. Exhibitors are eligible for a 10% discount on display advertising in the convention program.

Your table fee will enable us to sponsor a reception following the Monday evening concert. This reception will be promoted as being sponsored by the Exhibitors.
